STILL WATER

Moutere Still Water is an ancient time capsule made up of melted glacial water deposited deep underground over 27,000 years ago during the last Ice Age. It is drawn from an palaeolithic acquifer half a kilometre below the idyllic rolling green hills of Moutere on the Northern Coast of New Zealand's South Island, one of the most remote places on earth.

Moutere Still Water is not only one of the oldest waters in the South Pacific but is also classed as a rare fossil water due to its complete and total isolation for over 27,000 years in an underground aquifer. Recently discovered and now bottled by the Johnstone family, Moutere reflects the pristine conditions of an ancient time and is one of the world’s finest bottled waters.

Moutere Still Water is the purest expression of Moutere ancient glacial waters. Bottled direct from the Moutere Aquifer and sealed in thick glass, its character is marked by purity, minerality and a richness of texture seen in the finest alkaline waters. Serve lightly chilled to retain its subtle character.
